Grow – Shaping User Experience for a Global White‑Label Banking App

A modular mobile banking platform for fintech providers, offering branded apps with customizable features. I was brought in to improve user experience, redesign key flows, and bring consistency to a rapidly evolving product.
Role & Responsibilities
Scope of work. I worked as a Product Designer focusing on mobile UX and UI. My responsibilities included redesigning core flows, designing new modules, and ensuring design consistency across evolving features.
Team interaction. I collaborated daily with the product manager, developers, QA, and business analyst to define priorities, clarify logic, and align on releases.
Design Process
Flow improvements. I reviewed and restructured screens such as account overviews, transfers, cards, and settings. Prototypes in Figma helped test edge cases and communicate intent clearly.
Component-based approach. Though a full design system wasn’t feasible, I introduced reusable components and basic visual guidelines to improve efficiency and consistency.
Feature Expansion
Client-driven modules. I designed features like new transfer types, language support, and branded onboarding. All modules were built with adaptability in mind.
White-label flexibility. Each screen supported branding changes such as color schemes, logos, and layout variations, ensuring seamless deployment for new clients.
Metrics
